HAPPY SAINT PATRICK’S DAY!

Did you celebrate the tradition of March 17th?

I know I made my dad and I some corned beef with sauerkraut.  I topped mine with a slice of thin sliced Swiss Cheese and made a lower carb Thousand Island Dressing by using Mayo, SF Relish and Low Sugar Ketchup.

Who needs bread?  It tasted fine without the bread.

I know it was low on the carb meter, but boy oh boy I am feeling that high sodium content.

I am making sure to fill, perhaps even overfill, my water quota for the next few days.
