Ok you will have fun with this one.
On 30 separate pieces of paper write down a dance. You will not run out of dances as there are over 100 of them.
Fold those pieces of paper and put them inside a bowl, a bag, some kind of container to hold them where you cant see what is written on the paper.
Now each day of March you choose one piece of paper from the conatiner. Whatever dance it says that is what dance you will perorm. You don’t know how…Look it up on YOUTUBE as they have tons of instruction videos.
Not only does this count as exercise but it is so much fun. Now you don’t have to perfect the dance, you can if you want. This is a give it your honest best try at doing activity.
Get up and do the hokey pokey, turn yourself around, cuz that is what this challenge is all about!
