WE ALL HAVE A DIFFERENT SPEED.

The worse thing you can do while trying to lose weight is compare yourself to others.  Do not do it as that only sets you up to fail, as you feel like a failure and give up.

We all lose weight at different speeds as our bodies are all made up of diferent compositions.

The only person to compare yourself to, is the person who you used to be, see how better off you are now comapred to that person?
