Since it is the beginning of the year, we are going to start off as if we are a blank slate. This is the month of measures.

We shall start out with body measuring.  You need a measuring tape and something to record your results on.

Now measure the width of your neck, a wrist, ankle, chest, waist, thigh and upper arm(bicep).  You will remeasure the beginning of every month.  Why do this?  Because even if the scale doesn’t move down it does not mean you are not getting smaller.

Everything you eat you will measure the correct portion, single serving size. What is the correct portion size that one should be eating?
