INTERESTING

Not sure how true this is, but I am definitely going to try and next time I have a craving I will be trying their substitution suggestions.

I am all for experimenting.

  1. I think there is science behind this, but I don’t think it’s necessarily true most of the time. It is proven that our bodies crave what we need, but, I think our bodies crave what we feed them, too. Eat sweets a lot – crave sweets. Eat salty foods a lot – crave salty foods. Eat simple carbs a lot – crave simple carbs. Eating foods / drinking liquids becomes habitual and when you try to change the habit your body will crave what it’s not getting anymore. However, those are all great substitutions, so if it helps somebody to eat better, then HECK YEAH!
