WE ALL HAVE THOSE CRAVING MOMENTS.

Good news is it is only a craving.

Drink some water and do something that uses your full attention for 20 minutes and your craving should have passed bythe time you are gone.

You have a craving, go out for a walk.  When you get back, craving gone.
