Do you overweigh yourself? Do you have habit of daily weighing yourself?
Our weigh fluates day to day, one day we may retain more water and see a gain in weight and freak out, which effects our eating for the day. I am guilty of this as well, I like to see the scale going down to see that my way of eating is working. I need to break the daily weigh in habit.
