So I cannot make desserts that make more than a simple serving of one or two. I can not control myself when they are in the home, even when I put them in the freezer.
I have to change things and when I make desserts in quanity! I most make provisions: either it must be a dish served with other people or given away to other people, friends, neighbors, family or even left on the break room table at work.
While I have been busy working on recipes for my cookbook, this is a real dilema I have encountered. The temptations are wining.
What other suggestions do you guys have to allow one to make treats but not indulge in them too quickly.
