You feel like all you do is drink water, you swear that you are about to grow gills and fins.

Water is very important in life, not just when eating this way. How much water should you drink a day?  A person should consume 8-12 glasses of water a day.  That’s 64-96 ounces a day.

Water is essential in maintaining our body’s functions. Sometimes when we feel hungry it is actually our bodies telling us that they as thirsty, so when you feel hungry drink some water first.
