It’s berry picking season so what better to do with all them berries but make some jam.
I used wild blackberries to make mine, as pictured.
2 cups fresh berries
1 TBS Chia Seeds
1 TBS water
You may add 1 tsp Stevia, but usually the sweetness from the berries is enough.
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend or a ew seconds, until fully blended.
Pour mixture into a sealable container or small mason jar.
Place in refrigerator and let chill for at least 1 hour before use.
I use mine on MIM and low carb pancakes
