I can not put into words how much I love growing my own vegetables. To start them out from seed into something that will keep my tummy full and body healthy.
I get more satisfaction from eating homegrown and homemade items, than I do store bought.
Its like you are taking a step forward by taking control and knowing what goes into your body.
A garden not only reduces your stress and is an exercise to take care of but the reward of fresh, healthy, low carbs options just takes gardening over the top as a must have in my book.
